I wish it were so because the river would be more aptly named for these banks than the actual reason, from yellow sandstone bluffs far closer to the mouth of the river.
Absolutely breathtaking!! My laptop crashed and so I've been having no "favorites", etc. It's made my computer life boring! But, my son saved me and loaned me one of his laptops and I'm back in commission.
We are Loyal & Lou Ann Yarnell from Kansas....we are both retired and enjoy traveling in our RV....This will be the fourth summer working at Mammoth General Store in Yellowstone National Park....
Yellowstone got its name from the yellow banks of this beautiful canyon....never tire of this either.....
